On one side of this divided land is the Holy Domain of mankind. Here, justice and order form the foundation of great kingdoms. Chief among them is the Kingdom of Thalos, protected by the king's knights—valiant warriors who stand as paragons of righteousness. Beyond these royal armies are three additional major factions, defenders scattered across the realm who rise in times of peril. Together, they form The Alliance—a unified front consisting of the Knights of the Realm, the Arcanum Circle, the Adventurer's Guild, and the all-female Mithia Legion.
Beyond their bastions of light stretches a land engulfed in shadows—a realm of chaos and corruption ruled by the dreaded Forsaken. This faction comprises three dark legions: the savage Grum, once-human Plagued, and the arcane abominations known as Nightspawn. The Grum are ancient, beastlike warriors who have roamed the wilds since time immemorial. The Plagued are twisted remnants of mankind, enslaved by dark spirits. And the Nightspawn—beings cloaked in shadow and mystery—bring fear wherever they appear, their true forms never fully revealed.

The Alliance – Guardians of the Realm
The Alliance is a formidable coalition forged to defend peace and order. It unites warriors of varying creeds, bound by the common cause of preserving Kronos. Its principal forces are:
Knights of the Realm: Embodying honor and loyalty, these elite knights serve as Thalos' steadfast protectors. Their champion is Sir Kael, the legendary "Silver-Blade Shield," an aging yet indomitable knight who has never broken his vow.
The Arcanum Circle: An ancient order of wizards who command elemental and rune-based magic. They protect the balance between the arcane and the natural world. Their high mage, Eldrin, is a quiet sage said to have spoken to the wind and foreseen the war.
Adventurer's Guild: A band of free-spirited fighters, rogues, and seekers who owe fealty to no crown. These explorers were pivotal in the Dungeon War. Darek, a rugged demon hunter, once braved the haunted crypts alone and returned with clues about the relic.
Mithia Legion: Hailing from the matriarchal land of Mithia, this force of female warriors excels in cavalry lance tactics and battle-enhancing magic. Sent to guard the Ancient Stele, they are led by Commander Saphira, whose precision and courage turned the tide against the Nightspawn.

The Forsaken – Harbingers of Darkness
The Forsaken are the enemy within the shadows—monsters and madmen devoted to an ancient evil. They seek to defile the sacred and bend the world to their twisted vision. Their legions include:
Grum: Hulking, primal beings ruled by brute strength and unrelenting ferocity. Grox Bloodfang, their warlord, is a bloodthirsty berserker wielding a flaming maul. Tales claim he once shattered a castle wall with a single swing.
The Plagued: These wretches were once men. Now, their flesh is rotted and their souls consumed by dark desire. Controlled by ancient sorcery, they serve without will. Their leader, Theron the Hollow, was a knight of Thalos—now a ghost of vengeance in a walking corpse.
Nightspawn: Born of shadow and horror, these creatures slip between forms—sometimes humanoid, sometimes ghostly mist. Each emergence signals dread, chaos, and the stench of death.

Magic is the essence of Kronos—life-giving and cataclysmic. Its source lies buried within the deepest reaches of an ancient underground citadel: the Ancient Stele. The Dungeon Saga – War Beneath the World
Of all the wars etched into the chronicles of Kronos, none are more haunting than The Dungeon Saga. The battle was waged within a vast and perilous dungeon—its halls riddled with traps, relic wards, and ancient magic.
In the year 120 of the Sanctalight Era, a celestial omen known as the Triple Lunar Eclipse heralded the moment when the Stele's energy reached its peak. Cracks began to form in its ancient seals. The Forsaken launched a sudden invasion, hoping to seize the relic during this moment of vulnerability.
Heroes of the light emerged—some to become legends, others to fall in the shadows of sacrifice. Though The Alliance ultimately held the dungeon and preserved the relic, the cost was immense. The dungeon itself became a cursed tomb of horrors, haunted by lingering spirits and unresolved mysteries.
